Terms and conditions

By checking the box, you (“End User”) consent to receive messages from ABT Media llc, (“Business”) for the purpose of receiving seasonal offers and appointment confirmations and reminders. Please read the following terms carefully before giving your consent.

  1. Consent: By checking the box, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of this consent and agree to receive messages from the Business.
  2. Message Type: The messages you will receive from the Business will be related to seasonal offers and appointment confirmations and reminders, which may include promotional offers, discounts updates and other related content.
  3. Opting out: You have the right to opt out of receiving messages at any time. You can subscribe by following the instructions provided in the messages or by contacting the Business directly.
  4. Privacy Policy: The Business’s privacy policy available at https://growviasocial.com/privacy-policy outlines how your personal information will be collected, used, and protected. By giving your consent, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood the Business’s privacy policy.
  5. Frequency: The Business will send messages to you on a periodic basis as determined by the Business. However, the Business will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the frequency of messages is not excessive or intrusive.
  6. Data Charges: Standard data and message rates apply for receiving messages from the Business. You are solely responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile service provider.
  7. Security: The Business will take reasonable measures to protect your personal information and ensure the security of the messages sent to you. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and the Business cannot guarantee absolute security.
  8. Contact information: If you have any questions, concerns or wish to exercise your rights regarding your personal information or this consent, please contact the Business using your contact information provided on the website.

By checking the box and providing your consent, you confirm that you are the authorized owner of the provided contact information and that you are at least 18 years or have obtained parental consent.

Please note that this consent is separate from any other consent you may have provided to this Business for other purposes.

Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by Grow Via Social (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) to the client (“Client,” “you”). By subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in full.


1. Scope of Service

Grow Via Social provides low-cost, subscription-based social media content creation and related services. Our services do not include marketing strategy, social media account management, or guaranteed engagement.

  • All content is created based on your brief, feedback, and our standard formatting.

  • Posting and scheduling are free value-added services but are not guaranteed.

  • Grow Via Social does not provide refunds for dissatisfaction with engagement results or reach.


2. Service Activation & Onboarding

  • Service begins immediately after payment processing.

  • Failure to complete the onboarding questionnaire does not qualify for a refund.

  • If onboarding is incomplete, payment may be converted into non-expiring credits for future use.

Once your account is active, content production starts immediately. No refunds are given due to delays caused by the client.


3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth service delivery, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate business details, preferences, and brand guidelines.

  • Respond to content approval requests within 14 days to avoid auto-scheduling.

  • Notify Grow Via Social of any login or account access issues that prevent posting.

  • Adhere to social media platform policies.

  • Maintain professional communication—rude or abusive behavior will result in account termination without refund.


4. Auto-Scheduling & Approval Policy

To maintain consistent content delivery, Grow Via Social follows this process:

  • Clients receive email & SMS notifications when content is ready for approval.

  • If no response is received within 14 days, content is auto-scheduled.

  • Only minor edits are allowed within 7 days of auto-scheduling—no rewrites or replacements.

  • If no feedback is provided within 30 days of delivery, the content is considered finalized, and revision requests will no longer be accepted.

If a client is inactive and does not approve content, billing will continue as scheduled, and content will be created based on previous preferences.


5. Subscription & Billing Policy

  • All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

  • Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed.

  • Clients are responsible for managing their billing preferences.

  • Late cancellations will not be refunded.

  • Each billing cycle covers content creation and delivery for the following 30 days. Refunds will not be issued for content already produced or in progress.

Prorated refunds are not available. If you are billed before cancellation, your next content batch will still be created and delivered.


6. Revisions & Quality Control

Grow Via Social follows a structured quality assurance process but expects clients to review content carefully. Refunds are not issued for:

  • Minor typos or incorrect details in approved content.

  • Posts published on incorrect dates (we will correct scheduling errors but do not refund for them).

  • Outdated posts due to delayed approvals by the client.

Clients must provide feedback within 30 days of content delivery, after which revision requests will no longer be accepted.


7. Technical Issues & Social Media Platform Responsibility

  • Posting and scheduling services are free value-added features and do not warrant refunds.

  • If a social media platform disconnects or removes content, Grow Via Social is not liable.

  • If you cannot connect your social media accounts, content will still be created and delivered for manual posting.

  • We do not guarantee against account suspensions, disconnections, or policy changes made by third-party platforms.


8. Credit Card Disputes & Chargebacks

By signing up, you agree not to dispute valid charges related to services covered under this agreement. Chargebacks will result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services.

  • Loss of content rights, including past deliverables.

  • A formal invoice for the disputed amount plus administrative fees.

  • Collection action and potential credit reporting.

To avoid unnecessary disputes, we encourage direct communication regarding any concerns.


9. Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy is detailed separately at https://growviasocial.com/refund-policy/, and by subscribing to our service, you agree to those terms.

No refunds will be issued after content creation has started.


10. Resellers & White Label Partners

  • Resellers are responsible for their client payments.

  • Refunds are not issued if a reseller’s client fails to pay.

  • Grow Via Social does not interact with resellers’ clients directly.

Resellers must ensure that their customers are aware of our policies before selling services.


11. Blackmail & Threats Policy

We do not tolerate attempts to secure refunds through threats or negative reviews.

  • Threats of negative reviews to force a refund will result in legal action.

  • Defamation or extortion may be pursued through legal channels.


12. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

  • All content created by Grow Via Social remains the intellectual property of the client once fully paid.

  • By engaging our services, clients grant Grow Via Social a license to showcase generic work samples in our portfolio (excluding sensitive business information).

  • Clients may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose content without prior approval.


13. Acknowledgment & Agreement

By using Grow Via Social’s services, you confirm that:

  • You have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • You understand that refunds are not issued once service production has started.

  • You are responsible for approving content within the provided timelines.

  • You agree not to initiate chargebacks for services outlined under this agreement.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in service suspension or legal action.
