Terms and conditions
By checking the box, you (“End User”) consent to receive messages from ABT Media llc, (“Business”) for the purpose of receiving seasonal offers and appointment confirmations and reminders. Please read the following terms carefully before giving your consent.
- Consent: By checking the box, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of this consent and agree to receive messages from the Business.
- Message Type: The messages you will receive from the Business will be related to seasonal offers and appointment confirmations and reminders, which may include promotional offers, discounts updates and other related content.
- Opting out: You have the right to opt out of receiving messages at any time. You can subscribe by following the instructions provided in the messages or by contacting the Business directly.
- Privacy Policy: The Business’s privacy policy available at https://growviasocial.com/privacy-policy outlines how your personal information will be collected, used, and protected. By giving your consent, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood the Business’s privacy policy.
- Frequency: The Business will send messages to you on a periodic basis as determined by the Business. However, the Business will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the frequency of messages is not excessive or intrusive.
- Data Charges: Standard data and message rates apply for receiving messages from the Business. You are solely responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile service provider.
- Security: The Business will take reasonable measures to protect your personal information and ensure the security of the messages sent to you. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and the Business cannot guarantee absolute security.
- Contact information: If you have any questions, concerns or wish to exercise your rights regarding your personal information or this consent, please contact the Business using your contact information provided on the website.
By checking the box and providing your consent, you confirm that you are the authorized owner of the provided contact information and that you are at least 18 years or have obtained parental consent.
Please note that this consent is separate from any other consent you may have provided to this Business for other purposes.
Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to services from Grow Via Social (operated by ABT Media LLC), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This document outlines our service scope, billing practices, refund policy, and other important conditions of service.
2. Scope of Services
Grow Via Social provides subscription-based social media content creation services, which include:
Customized visual and written content based on client-provided information.
Content delivery in accordance with the subscription package selected.
Posting and scheduling services are offered as a complimentary value-add and are not guaranteed as part of the core deliverable. These services are dependent on timely platform access and client account connectivity. If access is unavailable or disconnected, Grow Via Social will continue to create and deliver content via email or shared file for manual posting by the client.Service outcomes such as marketing performance, engagement, or reach are not guaranteed. Service begins upon successful payment. Delays in onboarding do not affect billing schedules.
Content creation is considered to have begun once internal resources are allocated or work has been assigned to a content team, regardless of whether deliverables have been presented to the client.
Grow Via Social shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, equipment failure, internet outages, labor shortages, or unforeseen internal disruptions.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
Provide complete and accurate information during onboarding.
Maintain access to all relevant platforms and credentials.
Respond to communications and approvals in a timely manner.
Engage respectfully and professionally with all team members.
Grow Via Social reserves the right to terminate service with written notice. In such cases, any content already delivered will be considered fulfilled. Service may be discontinued immediately and without refund in cases of abusive or unprofessional conduct.
4. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days unless canceled in advance.
Cancellation Notice Validity: To be valid, all cancellation requests must be sent to support@growviasocial.com. Cancellations submitted via text message, social media, third-party platforms (e.g., Metricool), or to any other email address will not be considered received. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the cancellation is submitted through the proper channel and confirmed by our billing team.
To avoid renewal, written notice of cancellation must be submitted at least seven (7) calendar days before the next billing date.
Charges apply to the service period regardless of client participation or feedback.
Clients are responsible for managing their own subscription status. Refunds are not issued for failure to cancel on time.
5. Refund Policy
14-Day New Client Refund Guarantee:
First-time clients may request a refund within 14 calendar days of their initial payment if content creation has not begun.
All refund requests must be submitted via email to support@growviasocial.com.
General Refund Terms:
No refunds are available once content production has commenced.
Refunds are not issued for onboarding delays, client inactivity, missed communication, or external platform issues.
If onboarding remains incomplete, payment may be converted to account credit at our discretion. Credits are capped at the equivalent of one billing cycle and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
6. Revisions & Feedback Timelines
Clients may request minor revisions within 7 days of receiving deliverables. Minor revisions are defined as small changes to text, timing, or design elements that do not alter the overall concept or scope of the content.
Revisions requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
One round of revisions per post is permitted each month. Additional revisions may be subject to a supplemental charge.
Errors such as typos or scheduling adjustments are addressed but do not warrant refunds.
7. Technical Access & Platform Issues
Clients are responsible for maintaining platform access.
If posting access is disrupted, content will be delivered for manual publishing. If platform access is never established, Grow Via Social will continue to create and deliver content through alternative methods such as email or shared file link. Manual posting in these cases is the client’s responsibility. Disruptions or lack of connection do not pause billing or qualify for refunds.
Grow Via Social is not liable for third-party disconnections, bans, or failed logins.
8. Disputes & Chargebacks
By subscribing, you acknowledge that all valid charges are non-refundable. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute:
All services will be suspended immediately.
Previously delivered content may be revoked.
A formal invoice may be issued including administrative processing fees and outstanding balances.
The account may be referred to collections and reported to credit bureaus.
Chargebacks filed during active delivery void all remaining deliverables and will not be reconsidered for reinstatement.
Grow Via Social maintains detailed service records and delivery logs. Clients are encouraged to contact support for any billing concerns prior to initiating a dispute.
9. Reseller & White Label Policies
Resellers are fully responsible for their clients’ payments and communications.
No refunds will be issued due to non-payment or cancellation by a reseller’s client.
Grow Via Social does not correspond with reseller clients directly.
10. Client Conduct, Disputes & Abuse Policy
All clients are expected to communicate respectfully.
Clients must bring any concerns or billing disputes to our support team before initiating chargebacks or fraud claims.
Failure to engage in good faith communication may result in immediate service suspension, termination of content access, and permanent account closure.
Clients who threaten or initiate external disputes without first contacting us may forfeit all current and future deliverables, and previously delivered content may be deleted.
Threats, defamatory remarks, or abusive behavior—verbal or written—may result in service termination without refund.
False claims or malicious chargebacks may be pursued through legal and financial channels. Grow Via Social reserves the right to share communication history and service logs with banks or payment processors during dispute proceedings.
11. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables.
Grow Via Social may use non-identifiable content samples in its portfolio.
Clients may not redistribute or resell deliverables without written consent.
Marketing Usage License
By engaging with Grow Via Social, the client grants Grow Via Social, its affiliates, and any associated brands a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display any content created under this agreement — including but not limited to the client’s company name, logo, website, and social media likeness — for promotional purposes. This includes use across websites, portfolios, sales pages, advertising creatives, social media, and email campaigns.
This license remains in effect while the client receives services from Grow Via Social and continues indefinitely after cancellation. If a client prefers to restrict any specific usage, they must notify Grow Via Social in writing prior to the start of content production. No retroactive restrictions will be accepted.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida. In the event this jurisdiction clause is deemed unenforceable, both parties agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator.
13. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By subscribing, the client acknowledges:
They have read and accepted these Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
They are responsible for managing their billing cycle and cancellations.
They understand that services are fulfilled based on client-provided information and that participation is necessary for best results.
Disputes and chargebacks are discouraged and subject to the procedures outlined above.
